It's For You: Seemingly at random interavals, the phone may ring on its own accord. No caller ID appears when this happens, and once answered, a voice will speak to the user. What the voice says will usually be vague but beneficial hints that may not be entirely obvious as to their meaning on a surface level. These calls can only occur once per session.   Special Codes: If certain combinations of sigils are entered using the device, unique and beneficial effects can occur. These combinations are hidden as codes across the world.   Universal Communicator: The phone can be used to communicate with individuals even if they are using another method of communication, such as text-based communication. This ability only functions on technological methods of communication. When communicating this way, your method of communication is automatically converted into their respective format.   The Only Call You Need: A speedial button is accessible on the device. Pressing the button will allow the user to speak to an individual of unknown origin, and they will answer up to 3 questions truthfully. This individual seems to possess nearly all-knowing knowledge and can answer almost any question. If the voice is unwilling to answer a question, they will not, and it will not count towards your available questions. Any amount of the 3 available questions can be asked either in a single call, or multiple. Once all 3 questions are asked, this option is removed.

This strange item appears to be some sort of flip-phone, however it exerts many characteristics that would suggest that is beyond the standard arcane or technological capabilities of many artifacts that can be found today. The plating of the phone seems impossible to alter, remove, or destroy. Several unidentifiable markings are engraved deep into the phone itself, and will emit a deep blue light when the device is in use. The number pad is replaced with more untranslatable sigils of unkown origin.
