True Self: When Viktor's HP drops to 0, he transforms into his second form, gaining new abilities as a result.
Innate Regeneration: Viktor heals 3 HP at the start of his turn. This effect is disabled for 2 turns after taking fire damage or being critically struck.
Accelerating Processes: For every 10 health that Viktor is missing, he gains 1 AC.
Actions
Rail-Cannon: Viktor's primary weapon is his Railgun.
- Marital Ranged Weapon
- Primary Fire: Range - 30/1,000ft, +2 to hit. Deals 2d6 Force damage. Can penetrate through up to 1 target, dealing half damage to the second.
- Overcharge: Costs 1 action, and has 2 uses per long rest. Begins to overcharge the Railgun's power. The next attack from this weapon consumes the overcharge effect and deals 4d6 Force damage, and pierces any number of targets without reducing damage. If you do not preform an attack while you have the Overcharge effect by the end of your next turn, the weapon malfunctions, dealing 1d6 Lightning damage to you and applies -3 to attack rolls with this weapon for 3 turns.
Magnum: Viktor's secondary weapon is his Magnum.
- Simple Ranged Weapon
- Primary Fire: Range - 0/100ft, +1 to Hit. Deals 1d6 piercing damage.
Combat Knife: Viktor's melee weapon is his combat knife.
- Simple Melee Weapon.
- Deals 1d6 slashing damage, and applies a 1/1 bleed.
Reactions
Unnatural Reflexes: Can be used in response to a melee or ranged attack. Viktor dodges the attack (unless the attack was a critical hit). Viktor has 2 uses of this ability, and regains 1 use when he preforms a critical hit.
While his involvement is rather unkown, Viktor seems to relish in the chaos of what has become of the Lazarus facility. However, he also appears to want to further their goals, wanting to spread the infection for some unkown purpose.
