Talented. You gain proficiency in one skill and one tool of your choice, and you learn one language of your choice.
Expertise. Choose one skill in which you are proficient. Your Proficiency Bonus is doubled for any ability check you make using that skill. The chosen skill can't already benefit from Expertise or another feature that doubles your Proficiency Bonus.
