Welcome back to another SCM Mini-Challenge take over! We had so much fun in May that we decided to keep the self care going after every event. This way there aren't more things that your mini-challenge crew have to think about during tourney months, and you all are encouraged to take care of yourselves following writing thousands of words.
So wherever you are from, wherever you are going after, take some time and hang out at the retreat center. Take some you time, sit by the lake. Get some sun. Relax. And then maybe do those chores you have been putting off?

To Participate

We've picked 4 areas for our retreat. Consider doing at least 1 thing in each area. However these are just suggestions, feel free to come up with your own ideas!

Check in at least once with at least 1 thing you did for the self care challenge to collect your badge at the end of the month.
