Note: About the Author of A Chiseler's Journal
A note was found attached to some of the journal entries found relating to a literomantic chiseler, related to the House of Chiroptera.
- As a child this man wandered into a cave after being told to hide by his parents (due to his abilities at literomancy, and the ongoing hunts at the time) and stayed there for months.
- Unable to acquire a modern form of writing implements he got a rock and carved his notes on the cave wall, expanding it until the walls were filled.
- After that he left the cave said an official goodbye to his parents and left before they could question him about how he survived with no food.
- He used literomancy to turn into a bat and followed its diet.
- Note: his parents were not literomancers (or at least they did not know).
- He has a secret technique relating to the art of writing with a chizel and Writing with a chizel (using literomantic techniques).
- He eventually carved his technique onto a tablet and hid it in the cavern when he found it.
- He uses a chizel to carve words onto rock.
- He can then transfer the words and spells onto gems to fuel the spells power.
