Homework 2026 Week 4

Next Sunday is November 1st. So, for the last week of homework, let's focus on your workspace and meals. Remember you don't have to do all the homework to earn the badge at the end of the article.

Food

If you live with family or roommates talk to them about meals. See if you can work out a cooking schedule, even if it's just for dinner. From personal experience, this helps a lot and breakfast/lunches tend to be simpler to throw together.

If you live by yourself, look at options for dinner. What can you make yourself and what do you need for it? Frozen entrees are always an options. Having handy-to-grab but relatively nutritious snacks, like veggie plates, pepperoni and quick grabbable meats, cheese and crackers are always a great option. (And if you occasionally grab a slice of chocolate cake for breakfast, I can assure I know of a certain group who would applaud you and give you a sparkler.)

Either way, prehaps you can spend the week doing some meal prep. Freeze it and then pull it out and reheat when you want to eat it.

Workspace

Clean up your writing area. Clean up your desk. Don't forget to sweep/vacuum under as well. If you have an alternative setup for your computer, having a clean area is still good.

When was the last time you cleaned your keyboard and monitor?

Your computer/laptop is an essential tool. Which apps do you use? Are they updated?
