When you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack using this ammunition, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or suffer a surge of electrical energy. A creature wearing metal armor makes this saving throw with disadvantage. Failure: 1d4 lightning damage and its speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn. Succes: Half damage and no additional effects.
The movement speed reduction from this effect does not stack with other similar effects.
