You attack, striking not only your foe, but his weapon aswell, sending a shockwave up his arm that leaves him unable to strike with full force. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can initiate this maneuver as a reaction. You unbalance them with the attack and they can not add their Strength or Dexterity modifier to their attacks damage or attack rolls until the end of their next turn.
