Cavecord
Cavecord is a messaging and voice calling system used by the Bats of House Chiroptera. It was invented by a group of werebats before the First Word War, as a secure means of communication that would allow the Bats to use their ultrasonic high-frequency capabilities over the internet to discuss hacking projects. The Bats who created it were worried about entities targeting Literomancers. After the First Word War, they voluntarily turned the technology over to the leadership of House Chiroptera for the use of all Bats. They maintain and improve the program on the condition that their identities are kept top secret, known only to The Great Bat, Child of Callieach.
Cavecord is not available to the general populace but is available to all members of House Chiroptera. Security for the program is tied into the electronic security measures that guard The Cavern. A user's sign-in is based on the number on their security badge.
The program has an online interface, as well as apps for various computer and phone operating systems. Newer features include an automatic translation of ultrasonic communication into normal frequencies for those members of the House that do not have ultrasonic hearing and forum-like 'servers' for social interaction. For example, The Totally Bat Squad has its own server, where various sticky note escapades are plotted.
I heard that the Cavecord Developers form the core of a secret Chiropteran Intelligence Agency....
Maybe we can get them to help us stay free of the slavers in short shorts?

I heard that they keep their identities secret so when a update comes out and nothing works right anymore people don't come after them.
Well, I heard that it is so the undead can't specifically target them. Or others who want to spy on us.
