Queen Badger

The official title of the monarch leader of House Meles.

Applicable for the reigning monarchs of House Meles, who are not direct descendants of Great Badger Darth Nikolas The title was adopted when Princess Badger Purpleheart assumed the throne due to the king, consort, and heir being MIA and after Princess Purple was discovered to have royal Badger blood on July 1, 2024.

Qualifications and Requirements

They must be of Meles Royal blood and must be a capable Literomancer with established loyalty to House Meles.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Queen Badger is expected to:

Lead by example

Be the head of the Meles leadership Trifecta and appoint new members of the Trifecta as needed

Be head of State for the Meles Protectorate

Lead basic governmental activities such as: resolving disputes, deciding on foreign and domestic policy, conducting diplomacy, brokering treaties, assigning leads in governmental functions (judicial, education, transportation, trade, etc.)

Command the Meles forces in times of war

Encourage and inspire the populace and bolster morale (especially in times of war)

Preside over the AllThing protectorate wide meetings

Take on other duties as required

The Queen Badger has the privilege of:

Living in the palatial Royal Quarters of The Den in the Windy Willows

The right to sit in the Meles Throne

Unrestricted access to the vast holdings of the Meles Library, which contains many Literomantic and historical documents. Some of which are kept under lock and key for the safety of The GoTverse.

Access to the Royal Treasury, with a considerable stipend for expenses. Particularly large withdrawals should be agreed upon by the Trifecta and at least mentioned in the AllThing.

And other benefits as needed and approved by the Trifecta or AllThing
