Duochanfan, or Duo (any pronouns) as they are most often called by those who know her, is a Wererabbit who has been an unofficial Bodyguard to Princess Sunny for many years, and one of their best friends. Known as House Lapin's top Power Writer, with Princess Sunny's ascension to House Heir, Duo has also recently been officially inducted into the Owsla.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Duo suffers from arthritis in their lower body, along with migraines, diabetes, and high blood pressure. They also have trigeminal neuralgia, which often leaves them in pain for days and unable to concentrate.
Body Features
Their humanoid form is small and weaker than most. Duo looks harmless to those who meet them. But that is only true at first glance.
Identifying Characteristics
Duo is mostly right-handed, but often uses her left as well. Not fully ambidextrous, but close. She usually has to wear a brace on their left wrist due to past injuries.
Special abilities
Duo’s Literomancy comes in the form of LGBTQ+ novels and fanfiction. With a fix-it theme and an ability to write quickly, even with dyslexia, they’ve always had a passion for creating worlds and stories, even as a young bunny. As a result, they are a widely-feared combat Literomancer.
Apparel & Accessories
Duo tends to dress in dark, casual-smart clothing, with the occasional jeweled-toned top or slogan top, displaying their enjoyment in the wittier side of life. Their glasses have geometric patterns, but are small framed, giving them the classic teacher look when they peer over the top of the rims. This often scares the younger bunnies into compliance.
Specialized Equipment
Notebooks - Duo never just has one, two, or even three notebooks on hand, but often a good half dozen, each having specific uses for their literomancy needs.
Pens - With a horde of pens, which they protect viciously from those who would steal them, they can cast at a whim. Duo always has a favorite pen type, and different colors available when needed.
Knives - Duo likes to collect knives, which appear harmless as they are crocheted by her personally. But with the power of Artisimancy, they are just as sharp as the real deal and often easier to have on hand.
Mini Hatchet - One that can be hidden anywhere and used quickly without anyone knowing it's there.
Throwing Axes - Uses them with great skill and accuracy, even with both hands.
Laptop - Duo goes nowhere without their laptop.

“Dude, it’s so dark in here that it makes my room look like a sunlit forest. You need sun if I’m seeing how pale you are in pitch blackness with my eyesight.” — Princess Sunny “Well, filk you very much.” — DuoDuo was living within a cave for most of The First Word War, only being pulled out of it occasionally after Princess Sunny found them during one of her many trips exploring for House Mollusca. Sunny slowly pulled them into the world after they had scurried away from the pain they had suffered within it, and dragged them protesting the whole way into the dawning literomantic world. Sunny showed them the power of their Literomancy, and Duo found their first port of call, House Mollusca, standing by her friend and learning to live life once more. Duo saw action in the First Battle for the Iron Tome and has participated in almost every major literomantic conflict since. When Sunny learned of her identity as the sister of Queen Sable Aradia, and joined House Lapin, Duochanfan followed her. They swore to defend the new Lapin Princess body and soul, despite the fact that the conditions of The Treaty of Monte Carlo prevented her from being officially accepted into the Owsla. She insisted that her residence at The Warren be as close to Sunny's as possible, so that they could continue to look out for Sunny at all times. They both joined the Self Care Mafia, and while Sunny nagged her siblings into a semblance of proper self-care, Duo nagged Sunny. To her own surprise, Duo quickly proved herself a power writer of significance. She took part in The Battle of the Book, and also contributed to the effort to raise the Eastern Seaboard. However, she never truly internalized that confidence.
“Get your furry butt movin'. I'll hold them off.” — Duochanfan “Duoooooo!” — Princess SunnyDuo fell defending Sunny during the Battle of the Tunnels in The Fourth Word War, and was a significant factor in the undead victory at The Battle of Zafforza City.
Come back to the living, Duo! Lapin needs you! Sunny needs you!Duo took the deal offered by The Bard with No Names during The Fifth Word War and chose to join the Kitsune-gumi. Queen Sable convinced her to rejoin the living during the Undead Karaoke Night and Resurrected them.
Duo has been guarding Sunny for years. Maybe it's time we inducted her into the Owsla.In 2026, Prince Jean chose to abdicate the position of Crown Prince of Lapin, and Princess Sunny was elevated to the official position of Lapin House Heir. On Queen Sable's suggestion, the Owsla decided to make their self-directed duty official, and recognize Duo's devotion, by officially inducting her into the Owsla in mid-September.

Sexuality
Asexual/Aromantic. When young, they often felt like they were broken because they weren’t able to feel the same things as their peers when it came to physical and sexual attraction. It took them a long time to accept that they weren’t broken, but just their own type of normal.
Mental Trauma
Duo was clinically dead when they were a child for over ten minutes. It is rumoured that the gods didn’t want them within their midst, afraid of the mischief and mayhem they might create. This has led to them feeling off kilter with the rest of the world around them.

Family Ties
Duo has a large family, with over 70 cousins, second and third cousins, from both sides. Not that they ever get to see them, with them spread over the whole world, some in the Meles Protectorate and Ailurus Protectorate, some in the Lapin Protectorate, and quite a few in the Chiroptera Protectorate.
Their immediate family is now mostly herself, her dad, and siblings and a few niblings that they like to spend time with.
Religious Views
They had once been within the Catholic Church, to a point where their grandmother had been trying to get them to join a convent and become a nun. This stopped when they reached their mid-teens, and their chest developed, big enough that their Catholic Grandmother decided that maybe they should become a Page Three Girl (a topless model) or a playboy bunny…

Duo has a wide variety of hobbies. They like to spend a lot of time with their friends and write together with them. They also enjoy crocheting and knitting, mostly blankets, that they give to those around them when they are in need, or even if they don’t. Duo has four feline companions:Peaches, an elderly calico cat that was brought to her when their owner could no longer care for her.
Ignis, a ginger menace that never has the shared brain cell, and is a very good companion to those that are sick and dying. (Ignis spent the last few days of Duo's mother's life cuddled up with her, purring near her head. He barely left her side and cried when she passed away).
Then there are two rescue brothers, called Clive and Joshua. Joshua is quiet and calm, unless his brother Clive goads him into mischief. Clive is a feral menace that likes to cause trouble and gets into so much he has to be rescued from his own idiocy at least once a day.

Duo speaks mostly with a clipped British accent, which they self-describe as a hybrid of "brummie and posh brat," but they are known to be able to mimic the accents of others if they are around them for long enough. Often done subconsciously, it can sometimes confuse people about where in the world she is from.
