Gold Star
An award the Self Care mafia gives to recognize self care well done by a GoT/Tot participant. To give the award, the mafia member will contact the GoT member recipient via ping or DM in streams or Discord
As of in April 2022's Tourney of Tales, it can be used as part of the currency for the Black Market Popup Shops.
November 2023, the SCM gave all Tome Knights the right to award Gold Stars for self care.

To Give a Self Care Gold Star
To keep things simple and allow people to know if they have a gold star, please do the following when awarding a star.On the discord server type the following command:
!givescmstar ( the person's discord name)
Then the discord "Tome Bot" will create a message that the recipient can search for that looks like this.
Checking Gold Star Awards
The Self Care Mafia will not be tracking gold stars given after July 2022 nor including them in reports for the results streams. It will be up to the recipients to see if they have a gold star.
