Striker

Scion Striker, or Starborn Striker, is the nephew of the former leader of House Mollusca, Coffee Quills. As such, he was also presumed to be a direct descendant of the first Cosmic One and was named House Heir sometime prior to The Third Word War.   Striker was named as ambassador to the land-dwellers just prior to the Third Word War, and it was initially decided he should go to The Warren and speak with Queen Sable Aradia about some strange monsters that were making their way from the depths into estuaries, since they possibly may have had some connection to The Void. While there, he and then-Inky Commander Daciana Grey participated in The 50K Offensive. When the Warren was attacked in what became known as The Battle of Kin Beach, Queen Sable urged Inky Daciana to help him to evacuate before the situation became too disastrous.   During the War, he and young Queen TaraFaeBelle, the new Monarch of House Chiroptera, became quite close. They also befriended Mykola Lapin-Void, Archon of House Ailurus.   In WW3, as The Zafforza Trench fell to the Undead Horde, Coffee Quills used what little time they had to activate the Cosmic Kraken powers in Striker. Soon after, while attempting to hold back the Horde and allow more Molluscans to escape, Coffee Quills themself fell. Striker, along with Inky Commander Daciana Grey and the surviving Molluscans, were able to escape, and took refuge with House Sauropoda, courtesy of Good King Bob.   The Cosmic Kraken powers soon overwhelmed the relatively young Scion Striker, rendering him unable to rule and Inky Commander Daciana Grey became Regent of House Mollusca.   Upon returning home the following year, it became clear that Striker needed both an outlet for his new powers, and to put space between himself and other people. For some time, reports had been coming in of unusually aggressive mutant sea animals invading the waterways of the world, and it was determined that they had been emerging from a rift, far down and deep in the Zafforza Trench. So, after passing the Molluscan Regency to Inky JaySeaBoom, Daciana Grey and Starborn Striker departed to investigate the threat.   Starborn Striker attempted to return to Zafforza for The Fourth Word War, but found that his powers were still overwhelming and struggled to fit back in to life in Zafforza. However, along with the overwhelming powers did come new skills, including the as-yet unique ability to translate some of the older engravings and texts buried in the newly discovered Atlantean ruins. He focused his attention there for the war, and was among the ruins when the Undead Horde attacked Mollusca in November of 2023. There, Inky Solimond fell to the Horde, and Desdemona Rose ultimately came to Striker's aid. Together, they began their not-so-direct journey to meet up with Regent JaySeaBoom and the rest of House Mollusca in the protective caverns of House Chiroptera.   After WW4, Striker once again sought respite in the expansive deep. He departed to look for Daciana Grey, and investigate the status of various underwater threats. He has been unreachable since that time.
