Sauropoda Consulate

One of the first Consulates to begin construction, but the last one to be finished to a level that is suitably habitable, is the Sauropodan Consulate. There are two ways to access it. The first is through a cave opening in the ground near to the Lapin Morgue; not far from the open public camping field that is near to Okanagan City's main maglev station, where one may board the Cottontail, or transfer onto the Meles Wolverine Line to head to other places in the Woodland Protectorates. This is also able to be sealed off with a blast door, this one of the sort that drops down from the ceiling. It is also near the shores of Swan Lake, where a protected wetland hosts an avian sanctuary.
Princess Rowean, "Inside the Warren: An Architectural and Tourist's Guide"
The Sauropoda Consulate is technically a part of The Warren complex, but is so vast it might be considered an underground city on its own. Its primary geographical feature is the massive doline that is the center of social activity. The sovereign territory of House Sauropoda, it was built (partially by accident: see also The Restructuring) in the event that the House should once again become refugees of the Lapin Protectorate in a war or other disaster. In practice, it is often occupied by diplomats and dignitaries of the Dino House.
The other is from one of four doors that lead out of Work Room 8 in the World Literomantic Academy Warren Campus. One of the other doors that extends from the "Danger Room," as the students have affectionately dubbed the magical combat training arena, leads to the morgue itself, but one cannot access the Consulate directly from the morgue, nor vice versa.   Here, one finds vast underground, swampy caverns that rival Hang Sơn Đoòng. Its most remarkable feature is the enormous doline that appears to be the center of all activity. Swampy plants, and even full-sized living trees, grow in this vast space that is open to the sun. The opening itself, however, is covered in a massive blast door made of thick, literomantically reinforced glass; this opening is every bit as secure against invasion as the rest of the Warren.   From this doline, a network of somewhat smaller caverns branches off, forming the living quarters of the Sauropodans.
