GET TO KNOW THE PANDA HOUSE
Welcome in! I'm Novamoonlight, the Ailurus House Librarian.
House Ailurus got its start as a Minor House, but due to the devotion of our Pandas, we were recently elevated to the rank of one of the Five Major Houses. We participate in all three Game of Tomes events every year: the two Tournaments in April and July and the full event in November.

Below is a quick rundown of our government, notable members of House Ailurus, and our House lore. There are also links for continued reading, should you wish to push further into the Panda cuddle puddle!
We’re so glad you found your way home.
Our House
House Ailurus is a constitutional aristocracy governed by the Panda Council, with Bard and Happy as our delightfully chaotic and wise ruling duo. Think less “strict rulers,” more “art kids who somehow got the crown and used it to fund more glitter glue and mutual aid”, with Bard being the official House leader and face while Happy keeps the whole thing running with the power of spreadsheets and OSHA. We’re a house of friendship, cuddle piles, and spontaneous bake-offs. Ailurans (that’s us!) are fiercely friendly, perpetually sleep-deprived creatives who believe hot cocoa solves 80% of problems and that the remaining 20% can be fixed with deep friendship and a bit of violence if called for. We value comfort, creativity, chosen family, and gentle rebellion. But don’t be deceived: Even though most of us specialize in non-offensive literomancy, we are a force to be reckoned with should you decide to mess with us. As we Woodlanders love to say: Fluff around and find out! Once you're adopted by the Pandas, we'll go through hell and back for you.

The Region
The territory of the Ailurus Protectorate currently includes the pre Word War US states of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. In addition, it also includes part of the nation of Mexico. In March 2024, we moved from being a minor house to a major one. There were big changes to our borders with the Meles Ailurus Treaty of 2024.The Capitol
The seat of leadership for House Ailurus is Penwall, a lovely harbor city with great views of the ocean. The greater Penwall area includes:- Penwall Community Garden
