Kitsune-gumi

From the LitWatch News, written by Clawdia, Reporter Extraordinaire

In their bid to win the elected position of Night Monarch and achieve their noble goals, ShyDeadFox and DeathWriter founded the Kitsune-gumi.   While the duo admit to having ties with one of the Tomeverse or the Chaos Cartel, the pair couldn't saddle their goals on a legitimate group. Thus the Kitsune-gumi, a shadow clan, was quietly formed.

Organization and Culture

The group follows a family hierarchy based on the Japanese yakuza clans, where the Oyabun—which roughly translates to "parent role"—is the kingpin, the officers enforce the Oyabun's will, and all under the leader are the kobun (child role).

Agenda

The Kitsune-Gumi Wants You
by FoxWriter + Hero Forge

Public Agenda

The Kitsune-gumi plans to do two things.
  1. Free yokai enslaved by the Tora-kai in Tokyo and bring them home.
  2. Bring back a fox clan that disappeared long ago.
To accomplish this, the clan will need to recruit all the Literomantic Power they can get. The Undead Horde will be the perfect way to gather every single Literomancer in one place in order to form the army needed to storm Tokyo.

Private Agenda

The Kitsune-gumi plans to steal the Iron Tome and borrow from the magic book's powers. To do this, they must defeat the living Literomancers so they can write whatever they need into the Tome to help the enslaved and missing yokai.
Will the Kitsune-gumi reach their lofty goals or collapse before they gain traction? This reporter will follow the clan's movements and hunt down all rumors to get you the latest scoop!
